Open World Vietnam is recruiting positions for the OFFICE SPACE LEASING BUSINESS, seeking talented individuals in the following roles:
1. Receptionist:
• Professionally and courteously welcome all visitors (customers/suppliers).
• Answer all incoming calls, redirect to relevant departments, and take messages when the concerned staff is unavailable.
• Handle express delivery, document delivery and receipt, and promptly transfer to relevant departments. Keep records of incoming and outgoing dispatches.
• Receive and dispatch letters/documents to related departments.
• Handle and process customer feedback and complaints within capacity.
• Prepare tea, water, fruits, and organize materials for meetings; coordinate the preparation and organization of company events.
• Photocopy documents as requested by departments; print documents prepared for customers.
• Check and order office supplies, medicine, groceries, and monitor inventories.
• Perform any other duties delegated by the Manager.
2. Sales:
• Listen to customer requirements, smartly and skillfully introduce office product packages for successful sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
• Update and promptly notify policies of the companies and promotions to partners, agents, and customers.
• Renew contracts for tenants.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Alongside these, Open World Vietnam specifies certain requirements for applicants as follows:
- Gender: Male
- Age: 22 - 28 years old
- Educational background: University degree
- Relevant majors: Business, Economics, Finance
- Proficient in: Word, Excel
- English communication skills from basic to fluent
- Customer service mindset, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
